Library is the brain of any educational institution of higher learning. It is the hub around which all the academic activities of the institution revolve. The central library of DCBM-IUBR is in computerization process and is stocked with thousands of books authored by authorities on the subject. The intake of books is a regular feature in the library and no important title related to the courses of study is missed. In addition to the course books general books for personality development, general knowledge, handbooks, yearbooks, reference books etc. are also added to the collections.

The library subscribes to national and international subject journals, magazines of current interest along with national and regional dailies to keep the students abreast with the day to day happenings in the world and their fields of study. The library is stylishly furnished and it can seat 50 students at a time in its spacious reading halls & Students can also access 20 Computers for internet access. The serene atmosphere in the library with rows of neatly stacked books plays a major role in attracting the students to the library for serious study and supplementing their class notes. The central library has a huge collection of volumes and subscribes to number of periodicals. Apart from books it has a huge collection of Audio video material, CD’s & DVD’s. The Library has a collection of over 200 CDs/ DVDs on different subjects. Ample space with 35 terminals dedicated for the digital/e-resources, has been provided within the premises of the Library for maximum use of the services.

Entire campus has wi-fi internet connectivity. Students are encouraged to maximize their learning and computer skills by constant use of their laptops for research, making notes, submissions and presentations.

The university chooses to lay special emphasis on ensuring that the students are ready for the technical challenges of an information society. There are a number of computing facilities on the university campus.
The state-of-the-art facility features hardware & software that is geared to specific academic programs.

Every computing center in this network is enabled by state-of-the-art technology and reflects the prevailing trends in computing. Advanced networking technologies facilitate a seamless integration of the various computing centers and the multiple operating systems. The university encourages hands on experience at all levels. 

DCBM-IUBR provide computer labs with high speed, leased line internet connectivity with power full servers for students, administration and management. Computer labs are provided with UPS power back -up. Other facilities include Linux mail server, Antivirus software and fire wall protection. 


Class rooms at DCBM-IUBR  are airy and well equipped with remote controlled LCD multi-media projectors, Public Address System, collar and cordless microphones, computers. Soon we shall be introducing Biometric attendance system in our college.


Well Furnished auditorium is under construction, which will accommodate over 250 students to conduct Guest Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Screening of training Films with synchronised LCDs, sound system and internet. 

DCBM-IUBR is a dynamic and modern institute, with strong research drive. Good research consume time and it is expected that after rigorous time spend in the laboratory students are expected to rest, have fun and prepare for another day, as a result of this, university has provided comfortable accommodation for both male and female students, the hostel are provided with basic amenities such as 24/7 power supply, water and good common room for visitors
Limited accommodation for married students is also available on campus. There are single and double room apartments for married students to stay with their families.
Guest rooms for visiting parents of students are also available. The hostel complex also houses small utility shops like bakery, laundry, cycle repair, hair cutting and pharmacy.
